tv999 Terms & Conditions — Your Complete User Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between tv999 (hereinafter referred to as "tv999", "we", "us", or "the Company") and any individual ("User", "Player", "you") who accesses, registers, or uses the services provided at the website tv999.ws and all associated sub-pages, mobile interfaces, and digital services operated under the tv999 brand.

tv999 operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform offering, without limitation: live dealer casino games, slot machine games, sports betting markets (including cricket, football, and combat sports), crash games, table games, and promotional programmes — all denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or other accepted currencies as may be updated from time to time.

By completing the tv999 account registration process, by ticking the "I agree to the Terms & Conditions" checkbox during registration, or by continuing to use the tv999 platform after these Terms have been made available to you, you represent that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any supplementary rules, policies, bonus terms, and game-specific rules incorporated herein by reference.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created on the tv999 platform.
• "Balance" means the sum of real-money funds held in a User's tv999 Account, denominated in PKR or the applicable currency.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a User's Account subject to wagering requirements and bonus-specific terms.
• "Platform" means the tv999 website at tv999.ws, all associated sub-pages, and any mobile or app-based interface operated by tv999.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a User on any game or event available on the tv999 Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by tv999 before processing withdrawals.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary transactional currency of the tv999 Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, region, or territory from which access to or use of the tv999 Platform is legally restricted or prohibited under applicable law.
• "Suspicious Activity" means any Account behaviour that tv999 reasonably suspects to constitute fraud, bonus abuse, collusion, money laundering, or any other violation of these Terms or applicable law.

To be eligible to register and maintain a tv999 Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times you use the Platform.
• You are a natural person and not registering on behalf of a corporate entity for the purpose of circumventing these Terms.
• You are not a resident of or physically located in any Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of placing any Wager.
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You are not an employee, director, contractor, or close associate of tv999 or any of its affiliated gaming studio partners.
• You have not previously been self-excluded, banned, or had your Account suspended or terminated by tv999 for any violation of these Terms.
• You are acting solely on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee for any third party.

tv999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time and to suspend or terminate any Account where eligibility cannot be satisfactorily confirmed. Accounts found to have been registered by individuals under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and all funds therein will be forfeited, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on the tv999 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same identity or using different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including but not limited to: your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, your Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You undertake to keep this information current and to notify tv999 of any changes promptly.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and OTP codes. tv999 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.

KYC Verification Process:

• Before any withdrawal is processed, tv999 requires all Account holders to complete KYC verification by submitting a clear copy of their valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC).
• Additional documentation — such as proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, or source of funds documentation — may be requested by tv999 at its discretion.
• Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe, as notified by tv999, may result in Account suspension and/or withdrawal restrictions.
• tv999 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence measures to any Account where Suspicious Activity is identified.

tv999 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and USDT cryptocurrency (TRC20 and ERC20 networks). Accepted payment methods are subject to change at tv999's discretion, and the current list is always displayed on the Deposits page within your tv999 Account dashboard.

• All deposits are credited to your tv999 Account in PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit, where currency conversion applies.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method, as displayed in the Deposit section of your Account.
• tv999 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank) may apply their own transaction fees independently.
• You warrant that all funds deposited into your tv999 Account are your own funds and are derived from legitimate sources. Deposits must not be sourced from criminal activity or used to facilitate money laundering.
• tv999 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership as part of KYC or AML verification at any time.
• Deposits made to your tv999 Account are not insured financial products. They represent a balance held by tv999 on your behalf for the purpose of placing Wagers on the Platform.

tv999 is committed to processing PKR withdrawal requests promptly, with JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals typically completing within 5–15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank typically complete within 1–3 business hours during standard banking days.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that is verified as being owned by the Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Completed KYC verification is a mandatory prerequisite for the processing of any withdrawal from a tv999 Account.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per payment method, as displayed in the Withdrawal section of your Account dashboard.
• tv999 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where Suspicious Activity is identified, pending the outcome of an account investigation.
• Withdrawals from Bonus Funds are subject to the wagering requirements and withdrawal conditions specified in the applicable Bonus Terms and will not be released until those conditions are satisfied.
• If an Account is closed — whether by the User or by tv999 — any remaining verified real-money balance (net of pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the Account holder via their verified payment method.

tv999 offers various promotional programmes to its Account holders, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, cricket betting cashback, and referral bonuses. All promotional offers are subject to the specific bonus terms and conditions applicable to each individual promotion, which are published at the time the promotion is active and incorporated into these Terms by reference.

General Bonus Conditions applicable to all tv999 promotions:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover requirements") that must be satisfied in full before any Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn.
• Each promotion specifies the minimum qualifying deposit amount, eligible games, maximum bet size during bonus play, and the time limit within which the wagering requirement must be completed.
• Maximum bet restrictions apply during active bonus play. Placing bets that exceed the stated maximum bet limit while Bonus Funds are active may result in the forfeiture of the Bonus and any associated winnings, at tv999's sole discretion.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
• tv999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is evidence of abuse, system error, or promotional manipulation by Users.
• Only one bonus may be active in a User's Account at any given time, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using automated betting strategies to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or collusion between multiple players — will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings.

All Wagers placed on the tv999 Platform are subject to the game-specific rules and sports betting rules applicable to each individual game or event. These rules are accessible within each game's information panel or the applicable sport betting section of the tv999 sportsbook.

• All Wagers are final and irrevocable once confirmed. tv999 does not accept cancellation requests for placed bets after confirmation, except where a manifest error ("palpable error") is established.
• In the event of a manifest pricing error — including but not limited to: incorrect odds, erroneous game parameters, or system glitches — tv999 reserves the right to void the affected Wager(s) and refund the staked amount to the relevant Account(s).
• For sports betting markets, the settlement of Wagers is based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for domestic cricket, the ICC for international cricket). tv999 is not responsible for errors in third-party result data feeds.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to individual Wagers across all game types and are displayed within each game or market.
• tv999 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse Wagers from any Account at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tv999 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent Account termination, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering or maintaining more than one Account on the tv999 Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to place Wagers or interact with the tv999 Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other Users to manipulate game outcomes, bonus accumulation, or wagering requirement satisfaction.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or corrupt activity in relation to sporting events listed on the tv999 sportsbook.
• Using the tv999 Platform for the purposes of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform system.
• Sharing your Account login credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to operate your Account.
• Conducting chargebacks on verified deposits without the prior written agreement of tv999.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing tv999 staff or other Users through any communication channel.

tv999 is genuinely committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among its player community across Pakistan. Gambling is a form of adult entertainment and should be approached as such — not as a source of income or financial relief.

tv999 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all Account holders, accessible directly from the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour delay.
• Session Time Alerts: Users may configure notifications to alert them after a specified duration of continuous Platform use.
• Wager Limits: Users may set maximum Wager amounts per bet or per session.
• Cool-Off Period: Users may take a temporary break of 24 hours, 48 hours, or 72 hours during which Account access is restricted.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from the tv999 Platform. Self-exclusion activates immediately upon confirmed request. Any remaining real-money balance remains withdrawable during the exclusion period. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted via the Account settings or via written request to [email protected].

All content on the tv999 Platform — including but not limited to: the tv999 brand name, logo, trade dress, website design, software, graphics, game interfaces, text, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of tv999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tv999 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any tv999 content without prior written consent.
• Create derivative works based on any tv999 intellectual property.
• Use any tv999 trade marks, branding, or game content for commercial purposes.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the tv999 Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tv999's total liability to any User arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the User's Account, or the use of the tv999 Platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by that User in the preceding 30-day period.

tv999 shall not be liable for any of the following, regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable:

• Loss of profits, winnings, revenue, or any indirect or consequential losses arising from the User's use of or inability to use the tv999 Platform.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or data transmission errors beyond tv999's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from the User's failure to maintain Account security, including losses resulting from unauthorised Account access.
• Losses arising from the suspension or termination of an Account where such action was taken in accordance with these Terms.
• The conduct of third-party game providers, payment processors, or telecommunications providers.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits tv999's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data by tv999 is governed by the tv999 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of this Agreement. By registering a tv999 Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

tv999 collects and processes personal data — including CNIC information, mobile numbers, transaction history, and gaming activity records — for the purposes of Account management, KYC compliance, AML monitoring, customer support, and responsible gaming administration. tv999 does not sell personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.

tv999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, tv999 will notify registered Account holders via the email address associated with their Account or via a prominent notice on the tv999 Platform, no less than 14 calendar days before the changes take effect, except where earlier implementation is required by law, regulatory direction, or to address urgent security or fraud concerns.

Your continued use of the tv999 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the tv999 Platform and may request Account closure via [email protected].

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including any non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the international gaming license authority under whose oversight tv999 operates, as specified in the licensing documentation available from tv999 upon request.

In the event of a dispute between tv999 and a User regarding these Terms, the operation of the Platform, or any individual Wager or Account action, the following process applies:

1. Informal Resolution: The User should first contact tv999 support via live chat or email at [email protected] with full details of the dispute. tv999 aims to resolve all Account and game disputes within 5 business days.
2. Formal Complaint: If the informal resolution process does not resolve the dispute to the User's satisfaction, the User may submit a formal written complaint to tv999, which will be reviewed by a senior compliance officer within 14 business days.
3. Regulatory Escalation: If the formal complaint process does not produce a satisfactory resolution, the User may refer the matter to the relevant gaming regulatory authority under whose license tv999 operates.
